Guidelines on Website Operation (air reservation and ticketing service) during the Seollal holiday (01/24-01/30)
 

 

1. Philippine Airlines Website Notification of available departure date for holiday reservations

 

► 1/24(FRI) ~ 1/25(SAT):  Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 16th based on the reservation inquiry date

► 1/26(SUN) ~ 1/27(MON) :  Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 8th based on the reservation inquiry date
► 1/28(TUE) :  Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 4th based on the reservation inquiry date 
► 1/29(WED) :  Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 3th based on the reservation inquiry date
► 1/30(THU) :  Reservations can be made on the departure date after the 2th based on the reservation inquiry date 

 

 

2. Information on ticket issuance that has been booked and paid during the holiday season
For tickets reserved and paid between January 24th 4 pm to January 30nd 12 midnight, the e-ticket will be issued from January 31th

 

 

3. Ticket can be purchased on the day of departure at the Philippine Airlines ticket counter at Incheon International Airport even during the holiday season.

 

 

4. Ticket change and refund applications and 1544-1717 Customer service center will be processed from January 31th business hours as there is no processing during the long holiday.
