Notice on Flight Reservation and Ticketing Service During the Chuseok Holiday (October 03-09)

Philippineairlines Korea would like to inform you of the reservation and ticketing services on our website during the Chuseok holiday. Please refer to the details below when making your travel plans.

1.Reservation Availability by Date of Departure During the Holiday 

Oct 2 (Thu) 3:00 PM ~ Oct 4 (Sat) : Reservations available for departure 17 days or later from the date of booking

Oct 5 (Sun) ~ Oct 6 (Mon) : Reservations available for departures 9 days or later from the date of booking

Oct 7 (Tue) : Reservations available for departures 4 days or later from the date of booking

Oct 8 (Web) : Reservations available for departures 3 days or later from the date of booking

Oct 9 (Thu) : Reservations available for departures 2 days or later from the date of booking

2.Ticket Issuance for Reservatinos Completed During the Holiday 

• For reservations and payments completed between Oct 2 (Thu) 4:00 PM ~ Oct 9 (Thu) 11:59PM, ticket issuance will be processed and e-Tickets will be sent on Oct 10 (Fri)

3.Ticket Changes and Refund Requests

Ticket changes and refund requestes will be processed starting Oct 10 (Fri) during business hours

Requests cannot be processed during the holiday 

For urgent matters, the Philippine Airlines Headquarters Customer Center (+632-8855-8888) is available 24/7

4.Ticket Purchases at Incheon Airport

During the holiday period, same-day ticket purchases remain available at the Philippine Airlines ticketing counter at Incheon Airport

5.Customer Center Operations

The Korean Customer Center 1544-1717 will resume operations on Oct 10 (Fri) during business hours

• Service will not be available during the holiday period

• However, the Philippine Airlines Headquarters Customer Center (+632-8855-8888) operates year-round, 24/7
