I paid for my reservation after 4:00 PM on working days and I couldn't get an E-ticket. What should I do?
For the reservation paid after 4:00 PM on working days (Mon-Fri, except for public holidays), ticket will be issued and sent to your e-mail address on the next working day.
(if paid on Friday, ticket will be issued on Monday.)
Please kidnly wait for your E-ticket to be sent to your e-mail.

I accrued more than 29,000 miles with my Mabuhay Card. Can I apply for a free ticket at any time?
Sorry, but it's not always possible. AWARD ticket, which is the lowest level of ticket priority, and for the same reason only available when there is a seat in the flight for that day.
In other words, if the seat is full, priority will be given to the ticket holder with the highest priority, and it is unlikely that the seat will be given to the AWARD ticket applicant.

What can I do to get substitute's refund?
You must bring your ID, Passenger's ID or copy and power of attorney signed by the passenger.

Can I use my Award ticket for someone else?
You can transfer it to anyone. However, a copy of the passport of both the transferor and the transferee is required for ticketing.

Are all Award Tickets usable only for round trips?
No, Award tickets can be used also for international and domestic one-way flights.

I lost my Award ticket. Can I get a refund on miles?
Cancellation and refund of the issued Award ticket are possible, and mileage refunds are subject to a penalty (USD 30).

Is it possible to change the departure date of the Award ticket?
You can change your departure date up to twice only with a charged fee if there is no change in the original route. However, this is limited to the condition where seats are available. Changing the departure date forward may incur a rush processing fee.

How do I apply for an Award ticket?
Please make a reservation on the phone first, fill out the Travel Award Redemption Form, and submit it to the Philippine Airlines office with a copy of your passport. Tickets must be issued within 3 days after making the reservation. The Seoul office contact number is 1544-1717.

When is the rush process fee for the Award ticket imposed?
USD 30 will be added 4 to 9 calendar days prior to flight departure. USD 50 will be added 24 hours to 3 calendar days prior to flight departure.
USD 70 will be added for same day of departure and all the documents and payments must be made before 4p.m
For SCU, USD 30 will be added 4 to 9 calendar days prior to flight departure.
No SCU redemption shall be allowed when made less than 3 calendar days prior to flight departure.

Can I earn Elite status by earning miles through Award tickets?
No. Mileage is not accrued in bonus travels.
