We transport passengers and their pets, and generally pet animals are carried in the cargo compartment. Please call the Reservation Ticketing Team (1544-1717) to check the airplane models that carry pet animals. If possible, check the details under Services -> Travelling with Pet Animals.

Yes. However, when making payment using a corporate credit card, you must provide us with a business card or a certificate of employment to prove that you are an employee of the company.
In accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Maintained by Public Institutions and Article 75 of the Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act, checking the departure of a parent, child, or friend is not allowed without a copy of identification card and power of attorney signed by the person concerned when the person is over 20 years old. If the person is under 20 years of age, a document verifying that the parents are family is required.
If the name on your ticket does not match your name on your passport, you may be refused for boarding the flight.
Therefore, you must have your passport issued before making a reservation, and please reserve your flight with a valid passport. If the names are different, changes or refunds can be made, and the scope of change is as follows;
Change of last name –Impossible. New reservation followed by refund
Change of first name – Possible if the pronunciation is the same, reissue after settling the fee

We do not transfer tickets to a third person. The person you wish to travel with must make a new reservation.
Even when the newly booked itinerary is on standby, it is impossible to confirm the new itinerary in place of the itinerary of the cancelling passenger.

It is recommended that you plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure because traffic congestion on the way to the airport is quite heavy.
The counter closes 1 hour prior to departure. You will need to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure time as it will take quite a bit of time for immigration and customs inspection.
