How long will my first Elite membership qualification last?
Elite and Premium Elite membership benefits are available from January 1 of the following year to the end of February of the following year.
Ex) If you earned 25,000 miles from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, you will be qualified for the Elite membership from January 1, 2014 to the end of February 2015

What is Million Miler?
Million Miler is the ultimate level for those who earned 1 million miles on Philippine Airlines. Once you become a Million Miler, you will enjoy lifetime benefits without having to reapply.

How do I accrue miles?
When you make a reservation, you can apply for mileage by presenting your Mabuhay Miles number. You can also check it when you checkin at the airport. If you have already finished your itinerary, please click on AccrueMileage on the top left corner to check how to accrue your miles.

Does mileage expire?
Mileage is valid when you take actions such as accrual, deduction, purchase, transfer, and restoration within 2 years.

How can I check my miles?
You can log onto https://www.mabuhaymiles.com and check the remaining miles under MY ACCOUNT.

Is there an age limit for joining Mabuhay Mile membership?
Anyone over 2 years old can apply.

You can request for an Award Ticket or Service Class Upgrade by using your miles.

Can I carry liquids into the cabin?
- When all substances are contained in a 100ml or smaller container per substance, and all containers are contained in a single transparent 1L bag, and the opening is completely closed and sealed.
- Medicine with preion, prescribed food with preion, OTC medicine, medical appliance
- Baby products you carry when accompanying an infant
- Must show the security agent separately during inspection

I want to bring my dog with me. Is it possible?
We transport passengers and their pets, and generally pet animals are carried in the cargo compartment. Please call the Reservation Ticketing Team (1544-1717) to check the airplane models that carry pet animals. If possible, check the details under Services -> Travelling with Pet Animals.
