  • To my knowledge, a discounted rate is applied to infants and children. What are the age limits?

    Infant: Less than 24 months old as of the departure date / Child: Aged 24 months old to under 12 years of age as of the departure date.

    We are obliged to check the date of birth, If an Infant is less than 16days after birth, boarding will be rejected.

  • Is a seat also allocated to infants?

    For an infant aged less than 24 months as of the departure date, the infant can board the airplane with a guardian without occupying a seat by paying 10% of the charge for an adult in international flights. Only 1 infant is allowed to be accompanied by 1 adult and an infant under 16 days after birth shall be refused for boards.

  • Can pregnant women board the airplane without any preparations when they go to the airport?

    Women who are under 8 months of pregnancy as of the departure date must bring necessary documents when boarding international / domestic flights.

    Woman under 6 months of pregnancy: Prepare Part 1 of EMIS (Expectant Mothers Information Sheet)

    Women between 6 and 8 months of pregnancy: Prepare Part 1 and Part 2 of EMIS (Part 2 shall be filled out by physician)

    Woman over 8 months of pregnancy: Boarding rejected

    You must tell the age of the pregnant woman and how many months she is into pregnancy when making reservation and for the EMIS Form, the itinerary of the passenger shall end 4 days after ticketing for domestic lines and 7 days for international lines.

    However, if the pregnant woman is under 21 years old, Part 1 will require the signature of the guardian or the husband.

  • Can I choose seats in advance?

    For CESS & Fess seat, please request at least 48 hours prior to departure. However, the reservation of seats in emergency exit rows is subject to final inspection at the time of check-in in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine government and may be refused due to safety and operational issues.
    Passengers booked as a group may reserve their seats at the airport according to the Weight and Balance Rule.

  • Is it possible for a child to enter the country by himself/herself?

    In the Philippines, a child under the age of 15 is not allowed to enter the country by himself/herself and there are rules applied when the child is not accompanied by a parent. A child under the age of 15 who is not accompanied by his/her parents is required to present the required documents to the immigration officer upon arrival in the Philippines. Required documents - Approval letter by a parent (legal guardian) must be prepared in English and notarized in Korea.

    - Copy of passport with photo of the unaccompanied child

    - Copy of passports with photo of passenger and guardian

    - Fees: 3,120 pesos (approximately USD 85)

    You must retain the receipts you received after providing documents and fees. You need them for departure.

  • Can I ask for a separate meal?

    Children's meals and baby meals are available. There is also vegetarian meal for vegetarians, and you can request specific meals for health and religious reasons. However, only snacks are served on domestic lines.

    Please make request 24 hours prior to the departure time. If you are allergic to nuts, please notify airline48 hours prior to departure time.
